Field Tie down & Platform Tips:

- Simplest -Tie downs & Straps
- The simplest Field setup is to throw off the ground with
a painted circle (Radius 1.125m) - With 4 18-24" long heavy medal stakes positioned about 18-24" off the front of the circle and 12" or so outside the vector line on each front side and 24" or so behind the center line 6" or so inside the circle on both sides in the back.
- The stakes should be hit in at an angle away from the center of the circle
- The top of the stake should have a ring or hole to hold the
tie down heavy duty ratchet straps.
- The simplest Field setup is to throw off the ground with
- Tie down eye bolts mounted in the Ambulatory Discus and Shot put
pits. These Eye bolts should be anchored in the concrete at
the same locations as above or as suggested in these pics.
